In his ruling, released Friday, the judge said he intended no disrespect to Kjemhus, but found "his evidence that he is unaware of the technique is not by any means proof positive that it is not used." I have talked to Ottawa office today. They have received a formal answer from the Canadian Government, and I will get an e-mail with this answer on Monday. A secretary of Mr. McKay said that the meaning of the answer is that the Government does know and understand, what the Petition is about. The American, Russian and other Parliaments approve laws, introduce bills against use of Psychotronic or Psychophysical weapons, and only the Canadian Government is so ignorant that does know anything about it. What can we do in this situation? How can we force these criminals from the police, RCMP, Government to stop these crimes, pay for damages and bring the criminals to justice?
