Roy Dickey, Kamloops Crown Counsel, was appointed to the British Columbia Provincial Court, South Fraser District.

Roy Cooper Dickey was my lawyer for over 10 years. He made buddy deals to get me off serious Logging and Timber Trespass Charges. He went to law school with the Forestry Crimes Prosecutor. Roy was known for making Buddy Deals to get you off serious crimes. He knew all the Judges and Crown Prosecutors. Dickey negotiated a CSO with the Forestry Crimes Prosecutor. The Hand Picked Judge, agreed with Dickey's CSO and I did not go to jail. I was later charged with the possession of firearms and held in jail. Roy was my lawyer and left me in jail, while he prepared my bail hearing. At my bail hearing at the Surrey Provincial Court, Roy was acting very strange and totally unprepared. The beautiful lady crown prosecutor, was doing all she could in her submissions to the Judge to keep me in jail. What I don't understand is why Roy was acting so intimate and foolish with her and let her kick his but ON PURPOSE? Roy made a total mess of my bail hearing and blew my chances of getting out of jail. As my lawyer, he is suppose to be defending my rights to have a fair bail hearing. I later found out through reliable witnesses, he was dating the Crown Prosecutor and had plans to move to Kamloops British Columbia with her. She was transferring to the Crowns office in Kamloops and Roy was following her up there to live together. Apparently Roy had dumped his common law wife of many years, for the Provincial Crown Prosecutor. So Roy blows my bail hearing, because he is having an affair with the Hotty Crown Prosecutor. This is a violation of my rights and a conflict of interest. Roy whines on the telephone to me, " He didn't have a retainer from me and was busy with H A Clients." Roy now arranges for me to get legal aid, so he can get payed. I did not qualify for legal aid, because I own real property. Legal Aid is for poor people with no money. Roy uses his connections to get me legal aid. While I am in jail, I met brothers Ryan and Dylan Becker. The brothers were looking for a new lawyer and I refer them to Roy Dickey. Ryan was so happy to have Roy as his new lawyer and Dylan was hoping to make bail and get out. Dylan had very serious aggrivated firearm charges, lots of breaches and a terrible criminal record. Ryan had a bad record and was very grateful for my advise and counsel. Roy arranges for Ryan and Dylan to get legal aid, they do not have access to their cash. The next time I see Roy in a meeting, he is bragging he has 2 new HA clients. I do not understand how Roy got bail for Dylan Becker? Who is released and later shot dead in Surrey. What kind of connections does Roy Dickey really have? Now he is Justice Roy Cooper Dickey, sitting on the bench of the British Columbia Courts.
I remember all the clients, I sent Roy and he never gave me a finders fee. I sent Roy all the people in trouble for growing marijuana in the Fraser Valley and Fraser Canyon. He got them all off serious charges. Roy made so much money, he once had a holiday to the Marijuana Island in Thailand. He tells you he will fight for your legal rights, a fair trial and duty of fairness. Leonard is a liar, a fraud and has become mentally unfit from working long hours. He is mentally disabled and physically unfit to defend you or anyone. He gets all his funding from legal aid, pretending to defend you and makes Buddy Deals with the Crown Prosecutor. LEONARD IS A QUITER, HE QUITS ON YOU. Leonard is not a lawyer you would recommend to anyone. Unfortunatly, I recommended him to several Bro's. I felt sorry for him because he is an invalid in a wheel chair. The Bro's were very disappointed in my referral of such a complete Moron and fired him to hire other lawyers. While Leonard is losing your trial, he doesn't even listen to your critical advise and to adjourn your matter for two weeks to review your defense. Please review the evidence of Megan F. Volk and Terence A. Schultes working together at the Department of Justice. In the courtroom listening to the both of them in August and September of 2009 by telephone court. There was an overwhelming intimate relationship, I was witness to. My lawsuit was dismissed, because of a fraudulant illegal friendship, between two Government Officials and Colleauges. I won the ruling in the Hon. Justice James Williams courtroom, fair and square on July 10, 2009. Megan wasted no time, rushing my lawsuit and ruling to her friend and colleauge Schultes. Schultes only became a Justice for the B.C. Courts in 2009 and had been working with Megan at the DOJ for a good many years. Colleagues, Friends, Lovers and Conspirators. Committing a Crime in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The Courts are where the Common Man, Woman and Child goes to fix a problem in their lives. Not to make it worse with Corrupt Government Officials. All my evidence will be e-mailed to the Government Agency, who investigate fraud and outrageous crimes of this nature. The Judge hearing the matter commended me for appearing in his courtroom, because I could of been given jail time. Roy put the matter before his Judge friend, so the CSO was agreed on. I have been a witness to other Buddy Deals with Justices and Lawyers in the B.C. Courts. Leonard Kompa is a lawyer, who does Buddy Deals with the Crown Prosecutors. Kompa loses on purpose and violates his oath as a lawyer to defend his clients. This has been going on for years with Kompa, working with the Crown and taking money from legal aid, to represent clients. The Courts feel sorry for Kompa, because he is in a wheel chair, I have seen him walk. He is a mental cripple, not a physical one. How on earth are the Victims, Plaintiffs and Defendants ever going to get Justice in a Courtroom full of Buddy Deals and Corruption. The Rule of Law is being twisted to suit the needs and desires of Colleauges from the Law Society, the Courts and Department of Justice. My important Sworn Affidavits are sitting downstairs in the British Columbia Registry Office, un-opened because of Justice Schultes. By David Hambling July 1, 2009 \| 5:59 pm \| Late last year, James Walbert went to court, to stop his former business associate from blasting him with electromagnetic radiation. Walbert told the Sedgwick County, Kansas panel that Jeremiah Redford threatened him with “jolts of radiation” after a disagreement over a business deal. Later, Walbert, said, he began feeling electric shock sensations, hearing electronically generated tones, and getting popping and ringing sounds in his ears. On December 30th, the court decided in Walbert’s favor, and issued a first-of-its-kind order of protection, banning Redford from using “electronic means” to further harass Walbert. No, seriously. I recently took part in a BBC Radio 4 program, which took a light-hearted look into the “the real Manchurian Candidate” — and examined whether there is any truth in stories of mind control. Most of these projects are just lab experiments, or examples of Powerpoint engineering. But in some legal, policy, and business circles, electromagnetic brain assaults are being taken seriously. Walbert’s cause is supported by Jim Guest, a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He’s working on proposed legislation to addresses electronic harassment, including a bill against the forced implantation of RFID chips. The U.N. is also now taking the possibility of electromagnetic terrorism against people seriously. And for the first time this year’s European Symposium on Non-lethal Weapons included a session on the social implications of non-lethal weapons, with specific reference to “privacy-invasive remote interrogation and behavioral influence applications.” Those who believe they are being targeted are getting a bit of official recognition. For some, this opens up a new business opportunity. There are already quite a few companies out there offering “Technical Surveillance Counter Measures,” or sweeps to determine if you are the victim of electronic harassment. As well detecting the usual bugging devices, they can check if you are being covertly bombarded by microwaves which may be the cause of “headache, eye irritation, dizziness, nausea, skin rash, facial swelling, weakness, fatigue, pain in joints and/or muscles, buzzing/ringing in ears.” Much of this trade may come from people with symptoms caused by something less exotic than high-tech military hardware. But companies will no doubt be willing to sell them expensive protection measures, anyway. And as awareness of these developing technology projects increases, we are likely to be hearing a lot more about “electronic harassment,” “gang stalking” and the like over the next few years. And there is also likely to be what folklorists call “Ostension,” or acting out. I will be filing the Lawsuit in the High Court of London, as soon as I'm ready with all the case law, legal submissions, additional evidence and International Judicial review of a Human Rights Violations, recognized in a Superior International Court. My Lawsuit may of been dismissed, but there is a hearing set for August 22 at 9:30 am regarding file S117620. I have a right to be heard by a Justice. If there is a hearing, the matter is not entirely dismissed. Legally, I am entitled to submit my Affidavit to the Supreme Court. Please see that a Justice, gets my e-mail and attachment documents. To have the hearing heard by a Court Registrar on August 22, is inadequate in a Court of Law. Almost 2 years ago, DOJ tried the same rubbish and it was dismissed by the Lady Registrar.
