The true story of Jerry Jolton and Buddy Jolton the owners of Love 'n Stuff Jeans and Sportswear Company in Los Angeles California.
They destroyed the lives of so many of their devoted employees.
As owners of Love 'n Stuff Jeans, Jerry and Buddy Jolton ordered fabric, they didn't pay for from Concord Mills. I told Jerry our customers did not like, polyester/cotton blends. He had a serious cocaine problem at the time and would not listen to me. He thought he was a gifted clothing designer and knew everything. Jerry ordered 1000's of yards of fabric from Concord Mills, we all hated. Even Buddy was furious with him. The Jolton Brothers, also used my exclusive jean designs without paying me. Owing me almost $200,000.00 and authorizing another clothing designer to implement and use my designs in future manufacturing of jeans without my authorization. Frank Lucas, our sewing contractor in San Fernando Valley has all the records of their theft.
The Joltons Brothers signed for my designs and agreed to pay me. They then abandoned my design contract with Love 'n Stuff Jeans and Jolton Industries. In my sworn affidavit, my lawyer Joel Kantor of Beverly Hills is also a witness to the criminal behavior of the Jolton Brothers in the Clothing and Apparel Industries.
Jerry and Buddy Jolton are criminals. They fired their top salesman Lane Feldman and many other talented employees. The Jolton Brothers willfully and deliberately closed down Love 'n Stuff Jeans in order to avoid paying my design fees, Concord Mills and many other suppliers in the manufacturing, sewing contracting and apparel industries.
Shame on the both of you Jerry and Buddy Jolton. Your father Nate Jolton, didn't raise you to be thieves, criminals and not pay your bills. Your loving father didn't raise you to close down Love 'n Stuff Jeans, to avoid paying your creditors and leave your employees without a job. God Bless you Nate, you were a good man and were always kind to me. To bad about Jerry and Buddy, shaming you like this and disgracing your good name in the Apparel Industry. Rest in Peace Nate Jolton.
